Don’t want to take your stuff home at the end of the year? We’ll buy almost everything back from you for up to £90.

The starter kit is dedicated to a sustainable future, so we’ll reuse these items for future packs and other initiatives.

To claim your £90, all you need to do is contact us at hello@paperclip.co, and we’ll start the process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the bedroom kits, or any broken items, but general wear and tear is acceptable. We also do not cover the cost of shipping when returning items.

1. Order online. Select which starter kit you want and the accommodation you'll be staying at.

2. Delivered before you arrive. Your Starter Kit will be delivered before you arrive and will be stored in a safe location.

3. Pick it up. We'll send you an email notification on where to pick it up at your Student Roost location.

Shipping

Your Student Starter Kit will be delivered to your Student Accommodation before you arrive.

We'll send you an email notification on where to pick up your Starter Kit which will be safely stored with Student Roost.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. However, you must contact us within 14 days from when the Starter Pack was delivered, and retain and return all of the items and their packaging.

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Once we have received the item, the money will be returned to you in 5-7  business days.

Want to Cancel Your Order?

You will need to contact us within 48 hours to cancel your order.  If your order has already been dispatched you will have to return the Uni Starter Kit before we can issue a refund.
